PLEASE CLICK ON PIC FOR A BETTER LOOK
Angerosh Reef in the Red Sea, Northern Sudan. A common sight on the southern end of the reef. Schooling Hammerheads frequently patrol above the plateau that is there. These are female Scalloped Hammerheads that are socialising and being cleaned. This shot took a lot of patience having waited out there in the blue for around 20 minutes at around 40m. Thank goodness for the Inspiration Rebreather!!
Camera: Nikon D100 in Aquatica Housing
Strobe : One Sea and Sea YS90 Strobe
Shutter : 100th
Aperture : f5.6

About the photographers:
Symbiosis is a partnership between Joseph Dallison and Karin von Arx. They have been working as instructors and guides for 8 years. They have had the privilege of teaching in such places as the Galapagos Islands, Egyptian Red Sea, and now the Maldives. They prefer liveaboards as this gives them the opportunity to get the best pictures and video. For more info please see this link
