Typhoon - Wrecks and Reefs
Since arriving in Sharm in 2005, Typhoon has been causing a bit of a sensation. Clearly superior to other boats operating from the Sinai, she stands out both for her elegance and size. In line with other Tornado Marine vessels she is equipped with all the “Mod Cons”.
Jacuzzi, plasma screen, satellite phone and e mails, and fridge in all cabins.
Nitrox, Oxygen and Trimix are available for experienced and re-breather divers, whilst guests with less experience are looked after by Barry and Tori, our resident dive guides.
This couple, as well as having an excellent knowledge of the wrecks and reefs in the area, are able to instruct BSAC, PADI and ANDI courses. Friendliness and a good sense humour is their most important qualification.
Typhoon is a BSAC Premier Resort aswell as a PADI Resort

Wrecks and Reefs
Whether you are a first timer to the Red Sea or a seasoned regular diver this itinerary has a lot to offer. Sailing in the more sheltered waters around the Sinai and the Gobal Straits journey times are shorter, but this area is thick with World renown dive sites, both wreck and reef.
The wrecks of the area provide not only interest for metal enthusiasts, but also form an ideal marine habitat, attracting a whole variety of fishy residents. Included are the famous Thistlegorm, Carnatic and Giannis D.
Unlike the shallower diving around Hurghada the Sinai has many excellent wall dives, teeming with spectacular shoals of fish and dripping with multicoloured soft corals
Included are the famous sites of Jackson, Thomas, Woodhouse, Gordon and Shark Reef at Ras Mohammed.
This trip is suitable for all levels of diver.
