Delivery Costs
Delivery within the UK:
£0 - £30 - £3.50
£30-£99 - £7
For orders over £99 Delivery will be free.
Delivery should be within 3-5 days of the order, however if the order is not currently in stock we will e-mail or call you with an estimated delivery date and the option to change or cancel your order.
Next Day Delivery to the UK: We offer a next working day delivery service before 5pm at a cost of £9.50, (please note that orders must be in by 2pm in order for the product to be shipped that day).
Delivery out side the UK: For all deliveries outside the UK we will individually price the postal charge and e-mail you with the exact price. You will have the option to continue or to cancel the order.
Back orders: If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. We will always e-mail or call you with the estimated arrival date and the option to change or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Please note: On receiving your product you will be required to sign for the delivery, for this reason please ensure you specify the delivery address, which is most convenient for you. If you miss the delivery you will receive a card, which will enable you to collect your item from your local post office.
Guarantees: All the products we sell come with the manufacturers guarantee and Warranty. In the unlikely event of a fault please return the item to our Centre and we will handle the problem for you.
Refunds/Credits: All of the items purchased come with our 7-day no quibble guarantee (provided the item is not used, damaged and still in all of the original packaging). Outside of 7 days we will offer you an exchange or a credit note, (provided the item is not used, damaged and still in all of the original packaging).
Holidays : You will be contacted shortly by a member of our team to confirm your booking, and answer any further queries you may have.
UK laws apply to this agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.
