Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch your goods on the day of order, delivery should take place between 1 to 3 working days.
All products will be shipped as soon as possible (subject to payment authorisation and availability). If a product from your order is out of stock, you will be contacted and given the choice of waiting until the product is available or canceling the order.

DELIVERY ZONES
Zone 1 : England
Zone 2 : Scotland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland
Zone 3 : Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourgh, France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Portugal & Greece
Zone 4 : USA & Canada
Zone 5 : Australia
Delivery for other countries will be on request and processed only after receiving payment via bank transfer.
DELIVERY BAND
Free : This is a special offer for certain products which we will deliver Free within UK Mainland. If you order within Zone 1 or 2 and spend more than £500, we will also deliver free.
Light : These are products up to 2kg, including diving accessories, jewellery, etc. The delivery will take 2 to 3 working days. These parcels are usually despatched via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.
Heavy : Products over 2kg are usually despatched via Parcelforce courier, 48 hour service.
Next Day : This shipping method guarantees next day delivery Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Your order must be placed before 2pm in order that it can be delivered on the next working weekday. The service is available for Zone 1 and 2 and you must be available to sign for the goods upon receipt. Shipments will be dispatched via 24hour courier servie or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you need to pay before you confirm the order.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Signing for deliveries : All our deliveries require signing for. Please ensure you specify the delivery address, wherever you will be during normal working hours, since this helps to ensure that you will receive the parcel quickly and efficiently. If you miss the delivery you will receive a card, which will enable you to collect your item from your local post office.
Guarantees : All the products we sell come with the manufacturers guarantee and Warranty. In the unlikely event of a fault please get in touch with us, and we will discuss with you the best course of action.
VAT : On all orders including deliveries outside the UK you will be charged VAT.
